Yes. Ordering over the internet with Home 'til Monday is the safest and most secure method of paying and therefore we only accept orders placed online.
If we haven't yet shipped the order then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please e-mail us with your order details of the amendment(s) you require. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment has been possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it won't be possible to amend it.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please note however some items are non returnable for hygiene reasons (such as earrings). All non returnable products are clearly indicated in the product descriptions on the website.
All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order details and full address. If however your order has been despatched, you will need to return the order to us, in this circumstance the cost of the item only will be refunded.
Order confirmation e-mails can be mistakenly blocked as spam by some e-mail service providers. Or this may be because when you registered with us you used an alternative or misspelt e-mail address. Please go online and log into your account so you can check the status of your order.
Please ensure you have entered all of your details exactly as they appear on your card. One small typing mistake may be the cause of your problem. You also need to make sure that your billing address (where your statements are sent) is correct as this will be used to validate your details. If however you are sure your details are correct but you are still having troubles, please e-mail us and we will look straight into this for you.
Home 'til Monday does not make a profit on Postage and Packaging – we charge you what it costs us to box up and post your order by your chosen delivery method. We send by Royal Mail's first class delivery and also registered services which enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it's been despatched. If you pay for a registered service we can supply a tracking number which can be used to trace the parcel on www.royalmail.com. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any parcel loss or damage while your order is in transit.
Home 'til Monday aims to ship all orders received before 12 noon on weekdays the same day. We aim to ship evening and weekend orders the next working day. At busier times of the year, such as during sale periods, please allow an extra day or so before your order status is updated to "despatched".
Your parcel should be with you 1-2 working days after your order has been despatched and if it has not arrived after 4 working days, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you. At busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 6 working days after your order is updated to "Despatched" before contacting us.
The carrier we use will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
Unfortunately we cannot as all orders require a signature upon receipt at the specified delivery address.
